Director accounts, TCI GLOBAL BRAZIL LOGISTICA – Macapá / AP 

Position carries responsibilities of: 

1. Proper Accounting of expenses
2. Monitoring cash flow & its accounting
3. Optimum utilization of fund
4. Proper maintenance of books account.
5. Visiting offices from reviewing and control  perspective.
6. Monitoring of outstanding and exercising credit control,
7. Monitoring bill submission with a view to regularize fund flow and reconciliation of accounts.
8. Monitoring customer credit & outstanding,
9. Compliance as per statutory requirement
10. Compliance as per company norms
11. To get overdue advances/ deposits and liabilities recovered/ adjusted.
12. Timely submission of return/ documents as per defined timelines,
13. Monitoring payment to vendors and suppliers.
14. Arranging finance as per business requirement to internal users
15. Training to team members for creating awareness about accounting policies & practices,
16. Coordinating for Auditing of Books of Accounts
17. Voucher Preparation and maintaining of all related and relevant files
18. Banking
19.  Ledger Preparation
20. Cash Flow preparation
21.  Petty Cash Maintenance
22. Co-ordinate with agencies for Insurance Payments
23. Co-ordinate with agencies for payment of employee related taxes.
24. Salary preparation and disbursement.
25. Budgetary Control.

Desired Profile 

Qualification:

- Should be Graduate in Commerce 

Skills Requirement:- 

1.       Accounting skills

2.      Compliance skill

3.       Knowledge of Local law and taxation a must.

4.       Advanced English

5.       Should be able to work as a team

6.       Proactive and planning skills

7.      Should adhere to deadlines

8.       Should be able to get into details of all transactions

Experience:

5 yrs years of work experience in reputed organization in similar role.
