LEAD PROJECT ENGENEER, Sucroalcooleiro – Campinas´s Region / SP
The Lead Project Engineer will support the Brazil Major Project Programme in the delivery of the engineering, procurement and construction of the major projects. They will be assisted by a small team of Project Engineers to coordinate the delivery of the project scope and be a member of the Programme Leadership Team
For this position, it is essential:
-4 years experience in sugar/ethanol or related industry, preferably in “disciplined” industry/company (refining, petrochemical, E&P);
-BS Degree in Engineering – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Chemical;
-Ability to work effectively with Employees and Contractors;
-Excellent communication and networking skills;
-Successful track record of project delivery;
-Experience in the management of contractors;
-Experience in major project modifications;
-Knowledge industry standards and standardization;
-Ability to perform in a multi-functional team;
-Ability to develop and work with new technology;
-Interest in applying project management and facilitation skills;
-Good interpersonal skills;
-Initiative and flexibility;
Knowledge of project work including engineering design.
