Reporting to: CEO in Brazil and India

Role: operation control in Transportation by truck

Operations Responsibilities:

Position carries responsibilities of

1.     Key Account Management of existing client

2.     Building sales team

3.     Timely payment realization

4.     Setting up and developing channel partners, vendors

5.     Optimization of operation cost

6.     Managing and motivating team

7.     Analysis of operating statements

8.     Design of SOP & on time execution.

9.     Customer Management

10.   Team Management – Reporting, Managing, Motivating

Administrative Responsibilities

1. To meet Annual Budget
2. Analysis of operating statements, business mix, margins and customer retention.
3. Compliance of all statutory requirements
4. Submission of all  taxes, levies on time to all department /officials.
5. Liaison with all concerned government, semi government departments.
6. Liaison with all advocates/consultants /Firms on time & ensure timely compliance.
