REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTATION , Oil & Gás – Campinas Region / SP
Global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical company expanding it’s activities.
Reporting directly to the General Sales Diretor and BU Sales Director, your main responsibilities will be:
Achieve the business unit’s budgeted sales for the year;
Develop sales quotas for hybrid sales channel partners;
Manage the distribution channel and direct sales to end users;
Maintain all appropriate databases required by the business;
Participate as needed in marketing activities to enhance sales;
Generate a monthly forecast for the Sales Department;
Submit a weekly report on progress on existing and new opportunities. Communicate with the Credit Department for new customer accounts. Insure the Sales Department procedures are always quality system compliant;
Manage all details associated with sales training activities for the channel;
Provide technical and commercial support to channel partners when needed;
Provide interface and support between the O&G factories and Brazil channel partners and end customers;
This executive must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Marketing with analytical or science studies or equivalent industry experience plus some training in chemistry and analytical instrumentation (Measurement – Fluid and Vapor, Pressure). Have good planning and organization skills and extremely hands-on. Entrepreneurial, positive, energetic, dynamic and self-driven person completes the profile. Fluency in English is mandatory.
