Oferta:
- Executes customer segment strategy in region. Identifies key customers in geographic area of responsibility and establishes plan with key sales resources to contact and establish Kemira as a preferred supplier;
- Leads sales team in development of technical expertise in primary area of responsibility. Identifies training opportunities in customer segment technologies, product line application, and successful sales techniques;
- Provides accurate and timely information to VP Sales in designated region and to VP O&G in order to properly evaluate segment strategy outcomes for region;
- Participates in supply chain/S&OP process to ensure accurate forecasts and optimal inventory for customer demand;
- Monitors sales performance against stated objectives and aligns resources for most effective and efficient use. Works with VP Sales to document performance that does not meet expectations and develops plan to resolve;
- Utilizes industry knowledge/affiliations in order to capitalize new sales opportunities in region. Promotes Kemira technical expertise in concert with customers in region to understand and to address the needs of the end customer;
- Establishes and maintains strong industry relationships;
- Approves and monitors sales team’s expenses. Ensures team obtains desired profit results while working within stated expense budget;
- Coordinates actions aiming to timely qualify / approve products to Petrobras and other customers.

- Ability to identify and anticipate market needs and business opportunities. Results oriented and strategic thinking;
- Proven leadership, problem solving, presentation, and communication skills in English and Spanish;
- Demonstrated ability to grow and diversify sales in O&G;
- Consistent scores of solid performer/role model in identified sales competencies and sales leader competencies.
